What is the status of my order ?
To check your order status, simply log into your account and click "Order History."
When is my credit card charged ?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order ?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.

How much does shipping costs ?
La Réserve provides standard delivery on orders :
To Belgium
Free shipping for order over €60,00
Below that amount, € 4,95 will be charged for the shipping.
to Germany, France, Monaco, Netherlands
Free shipping for order over €100,00
Below that amount, € 9,00 will be charged for the shipping.
To the rest of Europe
Free shipping for order over €200,00
Below that amount, a flat rate of € 25,00 will be charged for the shipping.
Shipping is not possible/permitted to the rest of the World.
Orders are shipped once a week, on Fridays. For Belgium, deliveries typically arrive as early as the following Monday.
Deliveries are handled by DPD or bpost (local postal service), with delivery times between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on business days. You can provide an alternative daytime delivery address at checkout.
If you are unavailable to receive your parcel at the scheduled delivery time, DPD or bpost will not attempt a second delivery to your address. Instead, your parcel will be redirected to the nearest pick-up point. To locate your closest pick-up point, please contact your local post office or DPD branch.
Do you ship internationally ?
We currently ship to most European countries. To change regions, simply click on the region icon near the Cart on the top right corner of the website and select from the list of shipping destinations. We will continue to launch shipping to other regions.
Will I have to pay taxes ?
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
What if I don't receive my order or it arrives damaged?
La Réserve ensures every purchase is insured during transit until it reaches you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment transfers to you. If you have designated a recipient other than yourself for delivery, their signature will be considered sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by La Réserve.

All orders can be fully tracked through our website. Delivery times are provided as estimates and may be affected by payment authorization or stock availability. Please note, we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
Before dispatching your purchase, we may need to verify your details with your card issuer. We strive to minimize any delays during this process.
Delivery times are calculated from the moment an order is accepted and include a 48-hour processing period for items to be prepared and shipped from our warehouse.
We collaborate closely with our shipping partner to reduce the potential impact of customs delays for international customers.
While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, orders destined for remote locations may occasionally exceed the specified shipping timeframe.

Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, iDEAL, SOFORT Banking, Bancontact, KBC/CBC Payment, and Belfius Direct Net.
You also have the option to pay with PayPal. If you choose PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to their website to log in and review your order details before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once the payment is completed, you will be seamlessly redirected back to the Réserve Royale e-shop.
Is your website secure ?
To ensure a safe, simple, and secure shopping experience, La Réserve employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts and safeguards any data you send to us online. When SSL is active, a padlock icon will appear at the top of your browser. Clicking on this icon provides details about the SSL digital certificate registration.
Additionally, you’ll notice that the URL in your browser begins with 'https:' rather than the standard 'http:'. This indicates that you are browsing in secure mode.
Can I return my order ?
Unfortunately, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, which include food and beverages requiring specific transport and storage conditions, we cannot accept returns. This policy ensures the quality and safety of the items you receive.
