Appearance
A wheat straw yellow color with a slight turbidity of 2nd fermentation and a firm, fine creamy foam. 

Nose
First nose : Toasted wheat with a supportive hop and white flowers. Second nose : Iris, white roses, fine herbs and light truffle flavor. 

Taste
Attack : Very fresh with a sweet edge and a soft creamy texture. Mid palate : Structured with a mild bitterness, pleasant hoppy impressions and a very flowery character. Finish : Very unctuous with little agressive CO2 bubbles and a retronasal aromatic hoppy character. 

Conclusion
Réserve Royale is a very nice balanced gourmet beer with a delicate sparkle and a pleasant hoppy character. Floral aromas and the bitterness of the hops are rightly combined.
